2) Check Out time: 12.00 noon.
3) Guest needs to pay 75% of the total cost as down-payment upon confirmation to secure a booking. Payment is to be made to Liew Moi Fah at RHB Bank account number: 1-08249-0011723-2.
4) The remaining balance has to be cleared before check-in.
5) A refundable security deposit RM200.00 is required upon key collection. The security deposit is refundable in full upon check-out if there’s no damage/ loss of any property found with the key and remote control returned.
6) All booking down-payment paid is not refundable or transferable in whatsover circumstances if booking is cancelled by guest.
7) Extra mattresses can requested at RM20.00 (single bed)/ RM40.00 (double bed) per mattress per night. Please let us know in advance if you need an extra mattress.
8) Parents and adults occupying the homes are responsible at all times for the care and safety of the children below age of 12 year of age.
9) Guests are encouraged to respect the privacy of other guests by observing night time peace and quiet, by maintaining room cleanliness and health.
10) Guests are required to keep their own valuables safe. We are not responsible for any loss or damage.
11) The management will not be responsible or liable for any mishaps, accidents, harm or injury or safety of the occupants at anytime during the stay in at our premises.
12) Unregistered guests are not allowed in rooms after 11.30pm.
13) Smoking not allowed within premise. However, smokers are allowed to utilize the open area outside the premise.
14) No illegal activities or any behaviour or misconduct that which violates the Law of Malaysia.
15) No cooking allowed (since there are plenty delicious and yummy foods around Ipoh, so, we strongly encourage guests enjoy ours Ipoh food)
16) No durians and pets allowed.
17) No footwears are allowed within the premise.
18) Rates and other charges are subject to change without prior notice.
19) Crocus Homestay Ipoh reserves the right to change the terms and conditions whenever appropriate without any prior notice.
